INTEGRATED CHEMICAL MANAGEMENT
ICM program is a system we use to minimize the use of harmful chemicals for a safer and healthier environment. All cleaning chemicals must be jointly approved by the client and CCD. Products will be rated on a scale of 1 to 5 for toxicity, with the least toxic chemical always chosen first. With the additional goal of minimizing our chemical “footprint,” only a limited number of “core chemicals” are allowed into the field with preference given to those that can be used for multiple applications. The CCD Health and Safety team is continually researching additional environmentally friendly options.
GREEN CLEANING
The “GREEN” philosophy is an approach that utilizes equipment, products, chemicals, and practices that have a lesser impact on the environment than more conventional alternatives. Carolina Cleaning Dynamics is committed to pursuing a green approach company-wide.
EMPLOYEE TRAINING
CCD administers a robust training program at all levels of the company that is customized appropriately for the duties and skill set of each employee. From service workers, leads/foreman, supervisors, and managers alike – each employee undergoes a regimented development and training program that combines fieldwork, classroom sessions, certifications, and hands-on training. General Clean consists of the basic cleaning tasks that include sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc. ... This type of 'surface' cleaning is performed more often to maintain
cleanliness and hygiene
HARD FLOOR CARE
Our Hard floor care consists of periodic buffing with a low-speed buffing machine to restores some smoothness and gloss to flooring, Polishing the flooring with a high-speed floor machine will generate optimal shine to the floor. Scrubbing and waxing involve removal of any embedded dirt and soil from the floors without having to strip. Scrubbing will remove a couple of coats of wax that has dirt embedded. Scrubbing is also known as deep scrubbing or top scrubbing. Afterwards thin coats of wax are applied. This maintenance will help prolong the need for floor stripping. Stripping and Waxing is recommended when the floor is no longer responding to buffing and or polishing. After all the worn wax is removed from the floor apply new coats of wax to add shine and protection to your floors.
CARPET CLEANING
Carolina Cleaning Dynamics is committed to providing you with the highest standards in the carpet cleaning industry. Besides keeping your property looking its absolute best, it is especially important to keep your carpet on a cleaning schedule. The first line of defense is entrance matting and routine vacuuming. When your carpet need cleaning our technician Pre-Treatment with a solution that will loosen all soil and dirt, making it possible for stains to be removed during the cleaning process. Our technician will clean your carpets using a carpet extraction method. They will use a machine that will clean your carpets and completely remove all the dirt and soil nested deep in your carpets. The specialized solutions used during this stage will also fully disinfect your carpets.
