Marion Morris, the owner/operator of Carolina Cleaning Dynamics, was a student in a respiratory therapy program at the local technical school in his hometown of Florence SC, because of financial problems he needed to leave the program. Prior work experience opened the door to a job as a housekeeping supervisor where he discovered some of the science courses from the respiratory classes helpful in understanding the chemistry and mechanics of the housekeeping field and that cleaning was an integral part of any working environment. He joined professional trade groups to increase his knowledge in the cleaning industry and has been in the housekeeping industry for over 45 years of serving his community. Marion graduated from Voorhees College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management
